A National Agenda on Green Energy Infrastructure and Transportation Projects

The 2009 Stimulus Plan that Barrack Obama signed into law ushered in a new era of green energy and transportation infrastructure projects. In the years that followed, states, cities, towns, and the feds have followed through on additional projects in this vein. Unfortunately, there have also been some states that have tried to put the brakes on green energy initiatives. The new tax proposal from the Republicans would even put a halt to electric and alternative energy car purchases. These are other reasons we need a Progressive Congress and Progressive President. Such a unified government could set a national agenda on green energy infrastructure and transportation projects that this country sorely needs.
