The Arnold is right: After School Programs and Longer School Days Work

This is a very interesting video from former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger that calls for monies to be dedicated to after-school programs. He is totally right. After School Programs help students develop interests, help them learn, and most of all, keep them safe until their parents or guardians are home. This is a no-brainer.
