It is time again for a "Marshall Plan" for America

We have Hurricanes wreaking havoc on cities that are not adequately protected from such prolific acts of nature where oil refineries are leaking nasty substances into the water, ground, and atmosphere. We have reports of other towns and cities like Flint Michigan where their clean water supply is threatened. We need, as previous Progressive organizations like The Center for American Progress have called for, a "Marshall Plan" to rebuild the United States and put our infrastructure on a twenty-first-century footing. If the news reports today are to be believed, apparently some in the Trump Administration may be seeing the light by offering to stay in the Paris Climate Agreement. Let us hope that is true and also hope that the President's Infrastructure Proposals are aligned with Green Energy. There is no turning back.
