There appears to an Progressive Enthusiam Wave

If you believe the chart in the below Vox article, Democrats and Progressives are going to do very well in next years Congressional Elections. The key is to make sure that the enthusiasm does not wane and can be sustained on a perpetual basis. Winning two or three elections will mean nothing if Progressives become complacent like they did in the off Obama year elections. The three keywords are turnout, turnout, and turnout. Tomorrow's election in Alabama will be an interesting study. Even if Doug Jones should lose, it will be interesting, like in the earlier special elections in Red Districts earlier this year, what the margin will be in an ordinarily red state.  Those results predicted the Democratic Surge in this years November elections. It will interesting to see what comes out of tomorrow.
