How to combat the KKK endorsed candidate on immigration

There are several ways to combat the KKK endorsed candidate and Popular Vote Loser on Immigration so he does not frame the debate instead of Democrats. Democrats need to campaign on a multi-point plan that emphasizes a Comprehensive Immigration Reform Plan that:

1) Always tell the truth about the border situation and what is happening on all points of United States entry (North, South, East, and West).

2) Commits to Border Security on all entries into the United States (North, South, East, and West)  with increased border patrols and drone technology.

3) Penalizes people who are attempting to cross at a non-border station from any Canada or Mexico or by sea and they are spotted, they need to be turned away before crossing over to the United States. If they cross, they should immediately be arrested and processed for deportation.

3) Reforms the mission of I.C.E. to what it was during the Obama Administration where they targeted illegal immigrants that were a danger to society. Those I.C.E. leaders and agents that prefer to do things the Trump way need to be replaced.

4) Hires more immigration judges and lawyers to handle the cases of the applicants legally crossing at border and port stations.

5) Protects Dreamers and their parents who are, otherwise, obeying the laws of our country.

6) Allows illegal aliens that are allowed to stay, to be put in on the back of the line with the people who legally applied for citizenship and  are charged a tax with their tax bill every year until they are eligible to become citizens

7) Expand opportunities for legal immigration and asylum seekers with a thorough vetting process.

8) Keep Families together. Children should not be separated from their parents.

9) Demands from the President to get Mexico to pay for the wall at every rally, saying "Where is the check from Mexico."  Why should Congress do it if he said he would get Mexico to pay for it.

This is a program Democrats should incorporate into their campaigns. It is also a program most Americans, as evidenced by the passage of the Senate Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill in 2013, would probably embrace.  It blends toughness with common sense and compassion. We are a nation of immigrants and we should embrace the diversity and dynamism that brings and rebuke the reactionary rants, tactics, and vile acts of the "Blood and Soil" depraved groups led by the demagogic KKK endorsed candidate and popular vote loser President.
