Where in the constitution does it say that a person needs a physical address to vote. The Courts are disenfranchising many Native Americans in North Dakota because they have listed P.O. Boxes as addresses. If people can provide proper Id/proof of who they are, then they should be allowed to vote no matter what they list as their address.
