Libraries should not have to feed children

This is the United States of America. It should not get to the point where you see people on every freeway ramp begging for money and food. It should also not be a place where kids have to get their meals at libraries. We can spend millions of dollars for one single military aircraft and we can not make sure all our children are fed. WE CAN DO BETTER THAN THAT AND WE SHOULD.
