Interesting third party commentary on the effects of the Tax Act from 2017, Reaganomics and the Middle Class and whether Democrats should seek cooperation with Republicans or go to war.

It is beneath contempt that it takes just two Republican legislators, one at a time, in the House of Representatives, to thwart disaster relief for millions of Americans and their communities. What the hell are these two pieces of fecal matter and vermin doing in public service anyway?

Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller is telling Democrats what Justin Amash said later "The ball is in Congresses court." People need to remember that Watergate was a two year process and support for Richard Nixon only evaporated when the tape contents were revealed towards the end of the process. People need to be patient with the Democrats as they launch their investigations. Democrats also do not need to fear impeachment if it comes to that. They should know that the majority of the people are with them and those supporters will come out on droves on election day in November 2020 if they know Democrats have a spine and will fight for what this country is supposed to be about. Finally, Robert Mueller needs to testify to Congress to give voice to the report so many, including in Congress, have not read.

A Profile in Courage: Justin Amash is right. He is like the lone juror in Twelve Angry Men who fights to acquit the accused. In that movie, the other 11 jurors, one by one, slowly agreed with him. Let us hope the Republicans act like the jurors in that movie.

A Case Study in Democratic Suppression: Before leaving town, Arizona Republican Legislators suppress Democracy AGAIN.

https://blogforarizona.net/before-leaving-town-arizona-republican-legislators-suppress-democracy-again/

The Democrats are not running a Do Nothing House. Mitch McConnell, the Enemy of the People, is running a Do Nothing Senate where judges who do not publicly declare Brown vs the Board of Education a good decision can apply.

Idea of the Week: Investigate McConnell, Gluliani, and all the suspected figures who collaborated with the Russians and the Trump team. Also enact legislation that makes it a felony punishable with decades in prison for people to openly work with a foreign government to influence an American election.

Maybe it is time to launch the impeachment process since the Popular Vote Loser appears to think he is above the law and can ignore Congressional oversight. That in itself could be considered obstruction of justice. Democrats should pressure Republicans to defend the KKK President in their home states. This could be the key to retaking the White House and Senate.
