Maybe it is time to launch the impeachment process since the Popular Vote Loser appears to think he is above the law and can ignore Congressional oversight. That in itself could be considered obstruction of justice. Democrats should pressure Republicans to defend the KKK President in their home states. This could be the key to retaking the White House and Senate.
