Not all hope was lost on the Trump Tax Plan. Despite the worst intentions of the ultra conservatives and fossil furl industries, Republican Senators were able to restore altrnative energy tax credits and provisons that would not penalize graduate students. We should be glad that some of the Grand Ole Party were still thinking when this bill was put together.
