WHO THE HELL IS THE PRESIDENT, WHO SUBMITTED INCOMPLETE AND RAMBLING WRITTEN ANSWERS TO THE MUELLER INVESTIGATION TO SAY THAT THE WHISTLEBLOWER CAN NOT SUBMIT HIS/HER RESPONSES IN WRITING UNDER OATH. TRUMP IS NOT ABOVE THE LAW. REPUBLICANS NEED TO ADHERE TO THE WHISTLEBLOWER GUIDELINES AND NEED TO DECIDE HOW FAR WILL THEY GO TO PROTECT INDIVIDUAL ONE.
