Republican hypocrisy on Ralph Northam is astounding considering the current Popular Vote Loser, a member of their party was endorsed by the Ku Klux Klan. Furthermore, where was this importance on events from the 1980s when Brett Kavanaugh was being considered from the Supreme Court? At least Kavanaugh received a hearing. Northam and Al Franken (whatever did happen to those allegations of sexual misbehavior) did not even get that consideration before Democrats, acting like a lynch mob out of the 1931 Frankenstein movie forced one out and are in the process of doing so to another. We need a fair process and need to distinguish between events (and their severity) that occurred in the present time and those that happened decades ago. Remember Arizona readers there is David Stringer who apparently committed questionable sexual misconduct 35 years ago and has been asked to resign for racial comments made last year. He is getting a hearing. If a racist from Prescott who apparently committed sexual misconduct acts 35 years ago can get a hearing in Arizona, why can not the Governor of Virginia for one obscene picture taken 35 years ago? Justice needs to be fair, equal, and consistent.
