Progressive Bull Moose: The "Great Dealmaker's" (I am kidding) stance in this trade war with China only confirms the wisdom Obama and Biden had in wanting the Trans Pacific Partnership. As long as people are taken care of during any economic transitions, free and fair trade is good. The Elites have no one to blame but themselves for this war because they enabled China for twenty years and did not take care of the people who needed transitioning to the new economic realities. The result is this return to 1920's protectionism and a decline in regional economic alliances. The elites are narrow minded and stupid. They need to wake up and adopt progressive pro growth measures that lifts everyone while promoting free and fair trade.
