This along with the obstruction of justice and not cooperating with Congressional oversight should trigger the impeachment process. Is there any doubt Republicans would have done this to Barrack Obama if he had done a fraction of the offenses Individual One has? It is understandable the Democrats want to dot their I's and cross their T's but there is no harm in starting the impeachment process. It is not like the result will be impeachment if the results do not warrant it. Congress needs to do its job. Democrats need to get off the dime and Republicans need to become patriots again.
