When an impeachment inquiry is launched, all motions to the courts to compel witnesses to testify should be heard and decided on an expedited basis.
It is ridiculous (and outrageous) that the courts, on matters of checks and balances, do not see the need to adjust their schedules in handling these constitutional issues in a timely manner.
