A majority of the Republican Senate Caucus has refused to meet or even reply to a request from Gladys Sicknick, the mother of Brian Sicknick, the capitol police officer who died the day after protecting these same sick cowards during the Trumpist Domestic Terrorist Insurrection attack on January 6, 2021, at the Nation's Capitol.
These sick cowards, worried about losing in the 2021 midterms, have metaphorically spit on the mother of an American Hero who protected them by not meeting with her.
Between 40 to 50 Capitol Police officers have reportedly written a letter to the Republicans in the Senate asking them to approve the formation of a bipartisan commission to examine the January 6, 2021 attack.
If Republicans successfully block the creation of a bipartisan January 6, 2021 commission, they will relinquish their claim (already on thin ice anyway) that they are the law and order party.
These sick cowards who think the matter will go away are sadly mistaken.
Democrats, especially in the House, will conduct their own majority-controlled hearings.
Democratic and the Republicans that do not reside in the Trump Zone will create ads just in time for the midterms that show which members of the former Party of Lincoln voted for the January 6 commission and which ones betrayed law and order and the American People.
Smart ads will have Brian Sicknicks mother front and center talking about the ultimate sacrifice her son made and how they spit on him and her by not voting for this commission.
Vote these sick cowardly traitors out in 2022, 2024, and beyond.
