Another win for Medicaid Expansion

Voters in Oregon approved a tax measure to finance Medicaid expansion. When given a chance at the ballot box, voters embrace expanding the program. Maybe, measures like these at the state and local level will be the key to universal health care as it is achieved through a bottom-up, instead of top-down, approach.
