DETROIT IS A MAJOR AMERICAN CITY. THE CHILDREN IN IT SHOULD GO TO SCHOOLS AND LIVE IN HOMES THAT HAVE CLEAN WATER. FOR THAT MATTER, THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES OR THE DEVELOPED WORLD. WHERE ARE THE PUBLIC SERVANTS WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO SERVE THE PEOPLE AND KEEP THEM SAFE?
