Watched CNN this morning and saw a report that I.C.E. agents arrested an illegal alien, with no criminal record other than not being here legally, while transporting his wife to a hospital so she can give birth via a Caesarian Section. What the hell kind of country is this when these Gestapo measures occur? Where is the human decency? I.C.E. needs new non-Nazi leadership and needs to go back to its original priorities of going after criminal illegal immigrants rather than the low hanging fruit of 99.9 % innocent people while they drop their children off at school or take their pregnant wives to the hospital. This should not be happening in the United States.
Later ICE revealed that the husband is wanted on Mexico on suspicion of homicide. If true and valid, that may shade a different light on the situation. Two questions do arise though. Why did they not inform the couple he was being arrested in part on suspicion of murder in Mexico? Second, why did they leave a pregnant woman who they knew was going to the hospital for a Caesarian to fend for herself? That is not very manly.
