The Biden/Harris Administration is Sending Free COVID Tests to Schools and Free Masks to the American People

The Biden/Harris Administration is taking several positive steps to help the American People weather the latest surge in the Coronavirus.

Earlier last month, the Administration announced that they would purchase 500 million COVID tests for the American People to take.

Those tests should be available later this month. The website to place orders should be up next week.

Over the last 48 hours, it has also announced the following additional measures:

1) Schools across the country will receive an additional ten million COVID 19 tests every month at no cost to them. The Administration also plans to place surge testing units to help children, school staff, and families get access to the Coronavirus tests.

2) The Administration plans to purchase 500 million more COVID tests in addition to the half a billion announced last month (December, 2021.)

3) Americans will have access to free-high quality COVID 19 masks. Details will follow.

4) Military medical teams will be dispatched to the following overwhelmed communities.

  • Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.
  • Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn.
  • Rhode Island Hospital in Providence.
  • Henry Ford Hospital just outside Detroit.
  • University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque.
  • University Hospital in Newark, N.J.

The Administration had already sent military and FEMA resources and personnel to 24 states since Thanksgiving.

Speaking today to the American People on the second, third, and fourth developments and reported by NPR, President Biden implored the American People to wear masks and get vaccinated.

Wear a mask and get vaccinated.

Most Americans have done so.

It is time for the stubborn few to stop playing with the stability of their families, friends, communities, and their he country and do the right thing.
