Save Our Schools Arizona Update Thank you so much to everyone who's helped with this campaign!  What we've done together is unprecedented: an army of volunteers in the heat of summer collected 111,540 signatures, about 30% more than the 75,000 needed. And, as you've probably heard, the out of state dark money groups have already filed a lawsuit seeking to invalidate all the petitions. They're also amassing an army of people to try to invalidate as many signatures as possible. So what can we do? Right now, frankly, the most important thing we can all do to protect our public schools is to make a donation. Please do it now. Texas Attorney General Paxton and others are pressuring President Trump to end the immigration protections of DACA and TPS that millions of us rely on the live, work, and study here. But here's the thing: We are stronger and we outnumber them. The majority of Americans don't want to see young immigrants deported. Far-right Republicans want the public to believe lies and falsehoods about immigrant youth. Every story of a young immigrant living, working, and thriving here is a weapon we will use to poke holes in their lies. That's why, on August 15th, we're taking to the streets -- and to the halls of Congress -- to speak our truth.
