It seems the Trump Administration is trying to alter the regulatory landscape so insurance policies can go back to selling substandard insurance policies that do not cover pre-existing conditions or other minimum features like maternity care. People need to beware these policies. They will not help in the long run. It is a snake oil's salespersons dream of selling placebo plans that have no meaningful health benefits from the consumer. Buyers should beware.
