For all the people out there that think Harvey was the only 500-year flood to hit the American Hempishere, brace yourself for Irma. For all the people that think the planet is not undergoing a climatic change, click on the link from ATTN below that illustrates all the flooding that has occurred around the world. It is time for policy makers to enact measures for infrastructure projects that upgrade and construct preventive barriers to the next wave of flooding disasters because it is not going to go away.
