Where is C.H.I.P.? Where is the better and cheaper health care? Where is the infrastructure program that will grow the economy and create jobs?

We still do not have a renewal of the bipartisan Children's Health Insurance Program. The Alexander-Murray Health Stabilization Bill has bipartisan support and would reduce the deficit. What is the hold up? The Democrats and the President want to rebuild the country through a great infrastructure program. Where is the plan to get it done? These are cake walk and low hanging fruit issues for our public servants. Why is it so hard to get this done? Why can not the President and the Republican leadership fall in line with what the public (Republican means for the public) wants? Again, Progressives and Democrats have an opportunity to run a mainstream campaign and pick up a Governors seat starting in November in New Jersey and hold onto another in Virginia.
