Sabotaging Obamacare from within

Now that the Congress has been unable to repeal and replace Obamcare, the President and his administration have been looking for ways to sabotage it from within. They have already done this by reducing the timing of the enrollment period and cutting down the advertisement budget. Now they are doing things bit by bit by allowing employers to use their religious freedom to deny contraception coverage. This despite the many benefits this coverage has brought to women and the economy. This despite the fact that these moves make our health system worse. The President has called the Senate Minority Leader and asked if he was interested in a health care deal. To his credit, Chuck Schumer has said that repeal and replace would have to be off the table and that a deal should be bipartisan and built on the talks between Patty Murray and Lamar Alexander. It is time that we solved the problems with Obamacare and give our people the health security and affordable care they deserve.
