Wrong domestic priorities for the country: The Republican passed budget resolution

The Republicans passed, with only Republican votes, a budget resolution that does not really move the country forward but does pave the way for tax cuts that will not have a long term positive impact on the economy (it will have an impact on the inheritance of people like the Trump children). We need a progressive budget with progressive taxation policies and forward thinking. The people, to coin a Democratic Party phrase, need a "better deal" than what this Congress and Administration is proposing. Remember to support progressive candidates in the coming elections. It is the only way to make our country greater.
