Barack Obama and Mark Hamill Star in Two Additional Lincoln Project Closing Ads

The Lincoln Project is not leaving any topic unturned in order to turn out the Pro Biden and Anti Trump vote by tomorrow, November 3, 2020.

They released two additional closing ads in addition to "America the Beautiful."

The first one stars Barack Obama and is called "The Proof"

In this ad, it shows video clips of Barack Obama during his tenure as President, warning Americans of the threat of an airborne virus that could escalate into a pandemic and the need to "put in place an infrastructure" to deal with it.

It also shows Mr. Trump saying (or lying; you judge) "nobody could have known a thing like this could happen. All of a sudden, out of nowhere, came the invisible enemy."

The ad then asks "What went wrong?"

It then responds "Trump went wrong" and showed him ignoring the science and uttering his most ludicrous statements about the Coronavirus like:

  • "It will go away. Just stay calm."
  • "If you don't test, you don't have any cases."
  • "I don't believe you need 30,000 ventilators."
  • "It is what it is."
  • "I think this was a blessing from God."

The final graphic in the ad is "The truth is right in front of us. Make it Stop."

The second ad, starring Mark Hamill, is called "Absentee."

In this ad, the Star Wars icon recounts the history of absentee voting dating from soldiers in the Civil War submitting their ballots from the war front.

Hamill continued, saying:

"Now, more than 150 years later, tyranny (Trump) is looking for a new foothold. President Trump has called for the election to be decided on, and only on, those ballots that arrive by November 3."

"If he gets his way, many who cast absentee ballots will not have their vote counted. This will deny thousands of troops serving overseas of their most sacred right."

"Stripping the men and women in our military of the very freedoms they've served and sacrificed to defend. It can not be allowed to happen."

"Donald Trump doesn't get to decide the future of America's leadership. The American People do. Make every vote count. And count every vote."

Amen brother. Amen.

Turn out and Vote if you have not already done so.
