Please read the article below. The United States Supreme Court refused to consider the petition of the North Carolina group that wanted to reinstitute voting guidelines that were suppressive and targeted towards minority groups. This is a victory for voting rights. Lets hope this propels revisions of voting guidelines in states like Wisconsin.
