It is time for an independent investigation. That the majority of the Republican Party does not see that, despite the revelation yesterday that President Trump may have asked the F.B.I. Director to go easy on Michael Flynn, yet is a gift to Democrats and Progressives. That said, it is country first and an independent investigation composed of respected elder statespersons should look into this. The time is now.
