There are two books of the week this week.
The first is Michael Grunwald's The New New Deal: The Hidden Story of Change in the Obama Era: It is an excellent account of the Obama Policies that helped save the economy and chart a new progressive course: a course where most people who claim to be progressives do not appreciate.
The second is Jules Archer's The Plot to Steal the White House: The Shocking True Story of the Conspiracy to Overthrow FDR. This is an interesting account of business/fascist elements considering a coup against Franklin Delano Roosevelt. It is something that should be looked out for in this still new Administration from within its ranks and head.
