The 25th Amendment is that portion of the Constitution that prescribes what steps are needed if the Presidents cabinet and staff deem that the President can not carry on his (or her) duties. According to the Vanity Fair article below, several of the President's team may be memorizing the clauses in their heads because of Mr. Trumps erratic behavior. Let's hope it does not come to that but we do not want scenes like this from the movie based on Stephen King's The Dead Zone (a repeat post).
