I actually heard about this book today on Michael Smerconish's morning show on CNN. It tells the true story of how Republicans, while Democrats were not paying a lot of attention, spent about $30,000,000 to legally manipulate the legislative district maps to the Republican's advantage. Democrats and Progressives should adapt to this when the next census comes around in 2020.
