Democrats need to articulate a program.
On "Meet the Press" yesterday, Hardball Host Chris Matthews asserted that the Democrats need a program that will appeal to voters in the next election cycles. He is right. While the Democrats consistently advocate programs that move the country forward, they have not put it in a successful program format that will consistently attract supporters. The problem is not the messaging. It is the packaging. Democrats need to do better at the packaging and they can not count on the President self-destructing to take them over the finish line. People need to know what they are buying.
