According to testimony delivered yesterday by former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates, the Trump Administration knowingly retained the services of General Michael Flynn for close to three weeks as National Security Advisor after Yates cautioned that Flynn may be compromised for lying to the Vice President about his (Flynn's) interactions with the Russian Ambassador to the United States. The motives for the Administration's inaction would be interesting to know. The President still occasionally portrays Flynn as a victim of a Fake News Witchhunt. What is more telling is what this says about the Presidency that is cavalier about who they choose to serve the country. Putting someone who could be susceptible to blackmail to a foreign power is at best stupidity. It is at most impeachable.
