It is a collection of excerpts of some of the notable quotes from the 2020 Presumptive Democratic Nominee's address in Philadelphia on June 2, 2020, where he denounced the divisiveness and fringe acts of Donald Trump and described how he would conduct himself as President and bring people together to build a better tomorrow.
The video has the Democratic Nominee narrating along with varying background images of protests by the White House, the former Vice President speaking, pictures of national monuments, images of Donald Trump, racist mobs with torches, and a smiling and optimistic Biden (unlike Trump) interacting with the people.
"The country is crying out for leadership. Leadership that can unite us. Leadership that brings us together."
"I look at the Presidency as a very big job....And I won't (get it right every time) either. But I promise you this. I won't traffic in fear and division. I won't fan the flames of hate. I seek to heal the racial wounds that have long plagued our country, not use them for political gain...I promise you this job is not about me. It's about you. It's about us. To build a better future. That's what America does. We build the future....This is the United States of America. There's never been anything we've been unable to do when we set our mind to do it and we've done it together."
The ad very powerfully offers voters the contrast between the optimistic forward inclusive Biden and the pessimistic backward divisive Trump.
