The Affordable Care Act (Obama Care) is not in a death spiral

Despite what Speaker Paul Ryan (Politics) and the CEO of Aetna Mark Bertolini (Payback for the merger with Humana not being allowed) maintain, the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) is not in a death spiral. Yes, premiums are rising but please research rate increases from the time before the Affordable Care Act passed. In most cases, the rate increases were higher. Do not buy the argument from individuals who were either never on board with the program or have sour grapes. While not perfect, the A.C.A. (Obamacare) is better than the American Health Care Act on all indicators. We should not take a step back.
