While the United States Senate considers various levels of repealing (and replacing in some cases) The Affordable Care Act, the countries mayors are increasingly warming to a version of a single payer health care system. As stated in previous posts, one idea that should be considered is for people and small business employers to pay for individual or employee pool health insurance through if cities offer the option to people and businesses housed in their boundaries. They could be charged as a line item on their utility bill. It is a good idea that should be considered.
