If this were Hillary or Barrack or Bill: the height of hypocrisy and incompetence: These people should not be public servants.

If the campaigns of Hillary Clinton, Barrack Obama, and Bill Clinton had had contact with Russian representatives for the purpose of getting opposition research on the opposition candidate, the Republican leadership would have multiple committee hearings complete with a full court press and impeachment proceedings not far behind.

If this were the Clinton or Obama Administrations, the Republican leadership would do everything to obstruct nominees (ask Merrick Garland) and legislation like minimum wage increases and infrastructure planning. Please note Mitch McConnell's hypocrisy (and downright lies) yesterday citing Democratic obstruction on nominees and the health care bill for postponing the August recess.

If this were the Clinton or Obama Administrations, there would be no health care plan that took health care away from over 20,000,000 Americans and there would be an infrastructure plan on the table. By the way, where is the great dealmaker's infrastructure plan?

If this were the Clinton or Obama Administration, there would be attempts at getting bipartisan support for the legislation. The Speaker of the House would not be saying "I don't want to work with Democrats," and hints of compromise bipartisan health care legislation would not seem like threats to the ultra right. Both parties would have opportunities to be involved in the legislative process.

If this were the Clinton or Obama Administrations, they would be mostly ready to govern from day one and be ready to act on legislative priorities instead of relying on empty slogans and promises like the Republicans have on health care for the last seven years while thinking nothing would ever come of them. They would also be ready to fill the basic government positions and book hotels for foreign trips. They should also have the right priorities by taking care of those in need rather than spending 27 billion dollars for the F35 fighter Jet.

The Republican leadership is very hypercritical and incompetent. Now to be fair, Democrats have exhibited these traits in history as well. However, recent Republican statements and actions have taken this to a new ZEN master level. If these people do not believe in public service or can not perform the basic functions of public service, then they have no business being public servants.
