Joe Biden wants to Keep America Safe from four more years of Donald Trump

In a speech that historians may cite as a focal point in the 2020 United States Presidential Race, Joe Biden proved that, yes, he can be a Law and Order President.

Please watch the full address by clicking below.

Calling Donald Trump "poison," a "toxin," and an agent of division and fear, the 2020 Democratic Presidential Nominee said that everything that is going wrong in the nation is happening in "Trump's America."

Distinguishing the lying and pessimistic Trump from the wartime honesty and optimism of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, the former Vice President told viewers that Mr. Trump, whose recent tweets continue to glorify white nationalist militia (including the murderer of two innocent protestors) and paint protestors as anarchists, is "part of the problem," who hopes this violence will continue as a "political lifeline" to his alt-right campaign.
Mr. Biden also, again for those that pay attention, skillfully refuted Trump and his cult ally talking points by stating he:

  • condemns all violence including those from white militia (which Mr. Trump has not) and acts committed by rioters and looters.
  • thinks most police are a credit to their local communities.
  • is not a radical socialist. He asked people to look at him, his record and asked "Do you see a radical socialist here."
  • is not for banning fracking.

The Democratic Presidential Nominee also pointed out how unsafe Americans are in Donald Trump's America by reminding them that:

  • 180,000 people are dead from COVID 19 in Donald Trumps America. Mr. Biden pointed out that more cops have died from the Coronavirus than on patrol duty.
  • The Murder rate, unlike the crime rate in the Obama/Biden Administration, has risen under Donald Trump.
  • The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) is being challenged in the courts by the Trump Administration in the middle of a pandemic.
  • Donald Trump's tax plans would cause the gutting of funding Social Security and Medicare.
  • Mr. Trump is "subservient" to Vladimir Putin and would not even bring up the bounties on American Troops the Russian leader put on soldiers in Afghanistan.
  • Took a good economy from the Obama/Biden Administration and "drove it in the ditch."

At the end of most of these points, Mr. Biden asked "Do you feel safer in Trump's America?"

The former Vice President then detailed his intentions to:

  • heal and bring the people in the country together.
  • combat the Coronavirus.
  • build back a better economy that provides good-paying jobs and increases sustainable clean energy opportunities.

Mr. Biden concluded his address, stating:

"Donald Trump is determined to instill fear in America. That is what his entire campaign for the Presidency come down to fear. I believe Americans are stronger than that. I believe we'll be guided by the words of Pope John Paul II, words drawn from the scriptures. "Be not afraid. Be not afraid." Fear never builds the future but hope does. and building the future as America does. What we've always done. The fact is what we have done best and continue to do best. This is the United States of America. There's not a single thing beyond our capacity when we decide to do it together. So let's get together. I want to thank you all and God Bless You. May God protect our Troops."

So voters should ask the Reagan question: Are you better off now than you were four years ago? Do you feel safer than you did four years ago? Do you think the country, under Donald Trump and Mike Pence is headed in the right direction?

If the reader answered no to all of those questions, there is little doubt what must be done in 64 days.
