Lincoln Project and Priorities USA bludgeon Trump, McConnell, and Republicans in their latest ads

For people worried that the Lincoln Project are just Republicans who will revert to their old selves once Trump is out of office, their latest ad "Care" should reassure them.

So should the numerous ads they have run against Republican officials like rich Mitch McConnell and Trump Hack Martha McSally.

In the "Care" ad, the Lincoln Project condemns Republicans led by Trump and McConnell for "delaying vital economic support to the American People."

The narrator goes on further, stating that Republicans do not care about the people that are suffering, unemployed, and struggling to pay the mortgage or put food on the table.

The ad then singles out Enemy of the People-Political Prince of Darkness Mitch McConnell for delaying the next round of COVID aid because of his obsession to give:

"Big business immunity from accountability so companies can cut corners, expose workers or their families to infection, or rip off consumers."

Talk about burning bridges.

The ad concludes with the narrator calling for Trump and McConnell to:

"Put people first for once. Call them today at 202 224 3121, and remind them that if they won't protect Americans now, we'll vote them out this November."

Priorities USA also released two well-produced ads that attack Trump. One of them endorses Biden's approach to solving COVID and the economy.

The first ad, called "Real Deal" reminds viewers that Trump has been a racist all his life (duh.)

The ad traces Trump's racial animosity towards minorities back to his (and his fathers) housing discrimination practices in the 1970s to his false belief that the Central Five were guilty to him saying "look at my African American" at a campaign stop to his saying there were fine people on both sides in Charlottesville.

Oddly enough, the ad-makers did not include Trumps birtherism towards Barack Obama.

The second ad, called "Grasped" attacks Trump for his mishandling of the Coronavirus.

In it, it accuses Trump of:

  • Downplaying the virus.
  • Ignoring the experts.
  • Insisted everything was going to be okay.
  • Making the same mistakes with the surge in other parts of the country.

The ad then shows Joe Biden criticizing Donald Trump for giving Americans a false and dangerous choice of COVID 19 or the economy.

Biden then says:

"Amazingly, he still hasn't grasped the most basic fact of this crisis. To fix the economy, we have to get control over the virus."

The ad then shows Biden speaking with an industrial worker with the caption "It's Time for Joe Biden."

November 3, 2020, is in 91 days.
