David Garcia for Arizona Governor: Will he fight like a Democrat should?

David Garcia has announced he is running for the Democratic Nomination for Governor of Arizona. He is the first to formally announce and an early favorite. He just barely lost the Superintendant of Education election in 2014 mostly because his opponent stayed away from the press and never left home while riding the Ducey wave into office.

The question is will David Garcia or any Democratic Nominee for Governor fight like a Progressive Democrat or will he just go through the motions. There have been successful Democratic Governors in this state (Bruce Babbitt, Rose Mofford, and Janet Napolitano). It can happen. Will Garcia fight and energize the Progressives and Democrats. That is the question.
