With all due respect to David Garcia and Steve Farley, Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton should be running for governor against Doug Ducey in 2018 and Mr. Garcia should be running to replace Kyrsten Sinema in her Congressional Seat. That is a stronger scenario for Democrats then the other way around.
