Tesla and Puerto Rico seem to have charted a beginning


It appears Elon Musk and the territorial government of Puerto Rico have started a dialog on converting the Puerto Rican electric grid to solar. Let us hope this is the start of the beginning of repairing Puerto Rico's decimated infrastructure.
